Today I woke up with a revelations that next week... no I do not in fact need to buy/rent/borrow a carpet cleaner as my Dad had graciously passed me on his Kirby vacuum and all its attachments during his trip up here this year. So I got up all excited to watch a few videos on how to get it ready for this as I was planning on carpet cleaning late today, for free with NO ADDITIONAL MONEY USED. (This by the way is a big deal for me)

Well as the computer was loading I noticed the husband and the sister did not take the trash out with them on their way to work. At this time I already gave Minion One his morning pediasure and was shaking Minion Two's drink when Minion One asked to watch a movie. Naturally I said "Sure, let me get this trash out and I'll help you". I hand off Minion Two's drink and start taking out the trash when they start fighting over the dvds (as you will learn I have no dvd cases in the house all our dvds are in binders). I tell them to stop and let me finish taking the trash out to so I can help them.

Well naturally being 3.95 and 4.5 they do not listen all the time and in that short 20 second span of talking Minion Two's drink spilled all over the dvds... All 240 disney films, including the Ghiblis!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This proceeded to be the morning..... it takes approximately 30 minutes to carefully wash the sticky vanilla shake from both surfaces of all the dvds, and give up on salvaging the dvd case (unless I can get away with washing it in the washing machine, I cannot find any information on it yet).

Oh I have decided to hang my head down in defeat on carpet cleaning today.. I feel it just will  aide in problems today. So I hope to win the battle and get it done tomorrow!
